The finest old & new instruments at our Cremona violin shop
Following 17 years of success in Curitiba, Brazil, Amorim Fine Violins opened their workshop and violin shop in Cremona, Italy, in 2018. The shop is located next to the museum, in the very centre of the home of traditional violin making. It features the finest violins made by the Old Masters and contemporary international violin makers.
We are passionate about matching musicians with a violin that compliments their playing style, helping them to find the ideal instrument for them. We also advise collectors and investors on the best violins to invest in.
Violins by Luiz Amorim
Some of the most sought-after violins in our shop, were made in our Curitiba and Cremona workshops by Luiz Amorim. His violins, violas and cellos are known for producing a mature, powerful, deep sound with amplitude and sound balance in all registers. Easy to play, with sweet tone and rich harmonics, many of our clients believe Luiz’s violins to be comparable to the noblest old Italian instruments in depth of tone, quality and projection.
