The instrument making process has hardly changed since the time of Antonio Stradivari. Luan Amorim – CEO of Amorim Fine Violins, examined the production process behind making a stringed instrument using traditional methods and looked at how it could be streamlined to maximise efficiency using industrial engineering techniques.
